This position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all phases of a major community development function which includes administration, building, code enforcement, engineering and planning services.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in planning/community development, public administration or a closely related field; AND five (5) years of experience in the public sector with community development operations preferred; at least two (2) of which are at a management/director level; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
