Technical Assistance As an Association, our most important mission is to support our membership in the governance of our counties. NACO provides a wide array of technical support including the financial expertise of Hobbs, Ong & Associates, research on a wide variety of issues, resource development to address specific issues, and networking with state and federal agencies to access programmatic and grant assistance. We are also able to provide and access an array of training opportunities for county officials and staff as well as assistance in collaborating with other county government and private sector groups to promote efficient and effective local government.
